About the project

UOE Macro is designed for first-year US college students. It treats macroeconomics as the study of measured outcomes, institutions, choices, power, distribution, and feedback between individual actions and aggregate results.

Original book material is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 unless otherwise noted. Data and other third-party material retain their own terms.

Publication states

1. Docs canonical: coauthors draft and review in one named Google Doc.
2. Transfer review: frozen exports, provenance, figures, data, citations, and structured assets are checked.
3. Repository canonical: the approved Quarto chapter and supporting files become the publication source.
4. Generated site: Netlify renders a review or production view; it is never canonical.
